Alternatively, it can be a beautiful and more relaxing day with activities in the lodge and interaction with locals + several healing practices

Day 4: Sabache - Ngurunit
After breakfast, we depart for a fantastic route, as we begin to move away from modern civilization. Soon we leave the highway delving deeper into the bush and dirt roads in the desert become our reality for the next days! Our destination is the tiny and picturesque Ngurunit, a village at the foot of Ndoto Mountains. On our way, we will visit the Reteti Elephant Sanctuary, an amazing project managed by the community and thanks to which dozens of elephants have been rescued. We will arrive in Ngurunit early enough to visit the natural pools formed from cool waters that seep from the mountains.
Overnight in twin tents at Ndoto camp (dinner and breakfast included).
Yin Yoga or Guided Meditation to unwind in the nature of Ngurunit
With the help of a local guide, we will hike in one of the most important high density cedar forests in Lebanon. The forest is home to around 300,000 Cedrus Libani trees, some of which are over a thousand years old!
Our evening will end with a guided meditation and a calm dinner at the Monastery.

Thorny plants and flowers of the desert, golden-red sand and rocky formations and walking people in their traditional costumes
compose the scenery that we will encounter passing through this part of the country.
