We will make sure to enjoy the seasonal beauty of the endless fields and forests while we practice in the nature mindfulness practices designed to alleviate anxiety, cultivate calm, and stimulate some of the greatest self-discovery of your life.
You will clear your emotional fog, de-clutter your mind, calm your emotions and rid yourself of negative energy, as you work through emotions, such as anger, sadness, frustration, fear, jealousy, and low self-esteem. Allowing, joy, liberation, love and lightness into our hearts.
A wealth of holistic treatments and workshops are available to enhance your retreat experience including:
Meditation, Body Massages, Past Life Regression Therapy, Yoga practices and healing sharing circles/talks (some practices can be booked on private basis at an extra charge)
All these spiritual treatments combined with visits to touristic places, free time to enjoy the rich nature of the French Alps

Day 1: Arrival day
Private transfer from Geneva airport to Chalet Marie in Morzine
Free time to unpack and meet the Tribe Members

1:00 pm Mountain Hike to Col de Coux (at the border of Switzerland) + Summit Meditation
7:00 pm Dinner in the chalet
8:00 pm Free time to sip some French Wine at the terrace and to bond with the Tribe
Day 3
8:00 am Morning Hatha Yoga
9:30 am Breakfast
11:00 am Visit to the Lindarets Goat Village + Lunch
3:00 pm Free time: Sauna, Outdoor Jaccuzi, Reiki, Past Life Regression, Massage or just a grab a book and a cup of coffee
7:00 pm Yin Yoga
